Start by tearing the kale leaves into small pieces with your hands and transfer them to a bowl, then diced red bell pepper and add it to the salad follow with the avocado season with salt and cayenne pepper then add olive oil and lemon juice. Give everything a good stir. You can also massage the kale with your hands at this point to make it softer and you’re done. This is a really simple salad but the flavors are amazing, I love the spiciness from the cayenne pepper in the salad it takes it to the next level.

Let’s move onto tomato and cucumber salad with capers and basil to make it. You will need cucumbers, tomatoes but we would prefer using Roma tomatoes for this recipe, red onion, capers, apple cider, vinegar olive oil, fresh basil, and salt. Start by slicing tomatoes and cucumbers into thin circles then follow with red onion and basil combine all the sliced ingredients in a bowl and add capers olive oil and apple cider vinegar season with salt and mix well. This salad tastes the best if you let it marinate for about an hour or so but to be honest, I never have the patience to wait for it in a unit right away it has a refreshing flavor and smells absolutely amazing because of the basil. Definitely give it a try.
