Who doesn’t love a beautiful, delicious chocolate brownie? I want to share with you a perfect one. No flavoring, no nuts, no fruit just chocolate, chocolate, chocolate. It’s going to be crisp and it’s going to puff up and then it’s going to crack. It’s going to be gooey in the middle, it’s going to blow your mind.

Ingredients

  • 250 g quality dark chocolate (70%)
  • 250 g unsalted butter
  • 4 large free-range eggs
  • 250 g golden caster sugar
  • 2 heaped tablespoons self-raising flour
  • 2 heaped tablespoons quality cocoa powder
Method

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Tear off a large piece of greaseproof paper, scrunch it up under cold water, then unfold and use it to line a 20cm square baking tin. Snap the chocolate into a heatproof bowl, dice the butter and add with a pinch of sea salt. Melt over a pan of gently simmering water, stirring regularly, then remove from the heat and leave to cool slightly. Crack the eggs into a large bowl, then add the sugar and whisk until light, pale and fluffy. Sieve in the flour, followed by the cocoa. Whisk to combine, then fold through the melted chocolate. Spoon the mixture into the lined tin and spread it out evenly. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until crisp on the outside but slightly wobbly. Leave to cool in the tin for 15 minutes before slicing and serving warm.

Chocolate Chip cookies are desserts which can boost your mood within seconds. They are easy to make and loved by all. Take them with a glass of milk or your favorite ice-cream up to you. A chocolate-chip cookie is the best as far as cookies go with its crispy outer edge and soft gooey gooey Center. it’s the ultimate treat. No other cookie or treat beats Chocolate Chip Cookies. They’re gooey on the inside but crunchy on the outside, pretty irresistible if you ask me!

Melt and carefully brown 8 tbsp high-quality butter

In a large bowl mix:

  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • 1/2 tsp salt (kosher)
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Then once it’s a ribbon-like consistency, add:

  • 1 1/3 cups AP flour
  • 1 cup large chocolate chips

Mix well, scoop into round dough balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with finishing salt if desired. Chill 10 minutes if you’d like and bake for 10-12 minutes at 350º F. Cool and serve.
