3. Use Spread of Your Choice – If you want to give your sandwich a creamy texture, use a spread. There are a lot of options available in the market. You can choose from, mayonnaise, BBQ, and other spread or can also experiment with healthier alternatives like pesto, whole grain mustard, hung curd or salsa.
- VEGETABLE SANDWICH

For the Sandwich

- 1 onion
- 40 gm leak
- 1 small eggplant
- 50 gm yellow squash

- 3 Tbsp cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp plum chutney

Ingredients Of Chicken Sandwich
- 10-12 Pieces Boneless chicken
- 1 Multigrain loaf
- 1/4 Cup Celery
- 1/4 Cup Gherkins, chopped
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp Garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 4 Lettuce leaves
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Chilli sauce
- 1 Tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli flakes
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 tsp Jaggery, grated
- 1 Tbsp Thyme, chopped
- 1 Tbsp Tomato ketchup
Prepare Chilli Onion
Chilli Onion is made by heating oil in a pan, adding butter, and then add sliced onion. Cook till golden brown on both sides. Now toss in the red chilli flakes, jaggery, and thyme and mix thoroughly. Set aside the prepared chilli onion. For a bit, roast the red bell peppers and then remove the chicken from the marinade and pan-fry it for a few minutes.
Cover and simmer until the meat is soft. When the chicken has cooled, cut it into small pieces. Using a knife, cut the multigrain bread in half. Cover the loaf with the avocado spread. Cover it with lettuce leaves, capsicum, chilli onion, and chicken now serve the loaf on top of the filling while it’s still hot.
- EGG BREAD BLT
This sandwich has five basic ingredients. Mayonnaise, bread, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes.

- 6-8 bacon rashers, rinds removed
- 1 ciabatta loaf or french baguette

- milk, 2 tbsp

Ingredients Of Peas and Potato Sandwich
- 1 bowl Large peas, boiled
- 3 potatoes (grated), boiled
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Madras curry powder
- 1/4 tsp coriander powder
- 4 Kaffir lime leaves finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6 Bread slices
- Butter
- to taste salt
