Ingredients Of Vegetable Sandwich

For the Sandwich

  • 1/2 red, green and yellow bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 40 gm leak
  • 1 small eggplant
  • 50 gm yellow squash
  • 50 gm zucchini
  • 50 gm broccoli, cut into florets
  • A handful of lettuce leaves
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • 2-3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3-4 slices of Brie

For the Marinade

  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 basil leaves
  • 1 sage leaf
  • 1 small bunch rosemary, chopped
  • For the Spread:
  • 3 Tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp plum chutney
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Few drops of Tobasco


How to Prepare?

The first step is to cut the broccoli into florets. On both sides, grill the bell peppers, squash, zucchini, and eggplant. Toss with olive oil and herbs before serving. For about 10 minutes, marinate the grilled vegetables in the marinade. Meanwhile, the two slices of bread should be grilled. Combine cream cheese, plum chutney, a few drops of Tobasco, and season with salt and pepper to make a spread. On the bread slices, spread the plum cheese mixture.   • 10-12 Pieces Boneless chicken
  • 1 Multigrain loaf
  • 1/4 Cup Celery
  • 1/4 Cup Gherkins, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Chilli sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli flakes
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp Jaggery, grated
  • 1 Tbsp Thyme, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato ketchup


How to Prepare?

Combine the chicken, tomato ketchup, gherkins, and chilli sauce in a mixing bowl. Add salt and black pepper powder, as well as Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and honey. After that, add the oregano and mix thoroughly. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and chill overnight. In a food processor, combine the avocado, salt, coriander leaves, lemon juice, and chilli sauce. Make a good grind.

Prepare Chilli Onion

Chilli Onion is made by heating oil in a pan, adding butter, and then add sliced onion. Cook till golden brown on both sides. Now toss in the red chilli flakes, jaggery, and thyme and mix thoroughly. Cover and simmer until the meat is soft. When the chicken has cooled, cut it into small pieces. Using a knife, cut the multigrain bread in half. Cover the loaf with the avocado spread. Cover it with lettuce leaves, capsicum, chilli onion, and chicken now serve the loaf on top of the filling while it’s still hot.

  • 6-8 bacon rashers, rinds removed
  •  1 ciabatta loaf or french baguette
  •  six eggs
  •  milk, 2 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (mild)

  •  Rocket leaves (25 gms)
  •  1 tbsp mustard (dijon)

How to Prepare?

Firstly, cut the bread lengthwise and horizontally into three equal slices and crack the eggs into a bowl, add the milk, season well & beat thoroughly. Pour the eggy mixture onto a large plate and dip the cut side of the bread into it allowing for a minute of soaking before turning over. On the other side in a large frying pan, heat the oil and cook the bacon until crisp. Drain well on kitchen paper after removing and then Cook your eggy bread next. 


Cook for 1-2 minutes on medium heat cut side down until each piece is golden brown. Cook for another minute or so after flipping.   • 1 Tbsp Basil leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 100 Gram Cheese, sliced
  • To finish Olive oil 


How to Prepare?

The first step is to brush the bread with garlic-infused oil. Season with salt and pepper. To colour, place under a grill. put aside the beet slices. In a pan, combine the beetroot leaves, wine, juice, and oil and permit it to wilt slowly over coffee heat. in a very heated skillet, toss the apple and basil together. Green chillies are flash-fried in a pan that has been heated and drizzled with olive oil. Toss in the potatoes and cook for a few minutes. Combine the kaffir lime leaves, curry powder, cooked peas, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
