- FRENCH FRIES
This simple potato recipe is enough to satiate one’s taste buds or jolt taste buds. Hot and fluffy from inside and golden colour with crispy texture from outside, no one can deny when offered these tasty finger fries. This is one of the simplest dishes which can be achieved easily at home. This is a potato recipe that is easy to cook and easy to eat as well.
Thinly sliced potatoes are deep-fried till they are crisp on all sides and then sprinkle some salt and spice of your choice. You can pair these with anything like, pizzas or burgers or enjoy it as is with ketchup. Just pair it with ketchup or mayo and enjoy.
How to Make French Fries?
You just three ingredients, Potatoes thinly sliced, salt and oil for deep frying.

- PANI PURI
INGREDIENTS (For the Paani)
- Puris (as per serving)
- 1/2 cup Mint Leaves
- 3-4 Cups Coriander Leaves
- 3 Tbsp Ginger and Green chillies, chopped
- 1 tsp Imli Pulp
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- 3 Cups Water
- 1/2 Cup Boondi
- 1 Boiled Potato
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Boiled Channa
- 2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Black salt
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
Prepare the Paani
Take a pan and put Mint leaves, coriander leaves, chopped ginger and green chillies. Grind them together to make a paste. Pour the paste in a bowl and, add imli pulp, cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt and water to it. Stir it well. Add boondi to the prepared paani.
Prepare the Filling
Take boiled potato, chopped onions and boiled chana in a bowl. Add red chilli, cumin powder, black salt and chaat masala to the bowl. Mix it carefully so as each portion is equally loaded with the masala. Now, take the puris and fill them with the mixture. Serve with a glass of spicy Paani.

- TANDURI CHAAT
You can give a common chat recipe a tandoori twist just by adding some ingredients and spices. This Tanduri chat is made with veggies and fruits including pineapple, red pepper, yellow bell pepper, sweet potato and paneer. In less than half an hour you can prepare this lip-smacking dish.
How to Prepare Tanduri Chaat?
INGREDIENTS
- 20 gms anardana
- 4-gram deghi mirch
- 1 gram black salt
- 1 gram salt
- 20 ml white vinegar
- 5 ml apple cider vinegar
- 5 ml mart vinegar
- 3 gms rose petal powder
- 20 gms sugar
- 8 ml mustard oil
- 2 pcs apple
- 2 pcs pineapple
- 2 pcs sweet potato
- 2 pcs red/yellow bell pepper
- 2 pcs paneer
First of all, Boil in salted water until al dente. Drain and cool. Skewer the ingredients as follows, pineapple, red pepper, yellow bell pepper, sweet potato and paneer. Repeat the sequence in convenient batches.
Reserve the dressing. Roast in a moderately hot tandoor or a charcoal grill, or in the preheated oven, for 3 minutes. Remove and keep aside. Put equal quantities of the paneer, fruits and vegetables in each of 2 Individual plates, pour on the reserved dressing before serving.
- CHICKEN MOMO
- 500 gms chicken, minced
- 200 gms cabbage
- 100 gms carrot
- 3-4 cloves of fresh garlic
- 2 tsp soya sauce
- Salt to taste
- Wontons ready-made coverings
- 1 tsp cooking oil
- One steamer
- Chilli sauce for serving
Grind all the above ingredients in a blender until it attains a granular uniformity paste. On a cutting board, sprinkle some water so that the board is a bit moist, now lay down the wonton coverings one by one and put a small teaspoon of the above paste on all individually.
Close each covering in a round or semi-circle shape as you like. Spray a little bit of cooking oil on the steamer’s surface and lay down the dumplings. Allow it to steam for 8-10 minutes. Serve it with chilli oil or chilli sauce as you like.
