  • CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE


This is actually a cup of heaven and this can be made at home very easily. Within few minutes and with very small ingredients, you can have the best ever chocolate mug cake recipe. You just need to mix all the ingredients in a big mug and bake them in the microwave. Mug cake is ready.

Ingredients


  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 4 tbsp maida flour
  • 4.5 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Few drops of vanilla essence

We suggest you use a large mug to avoid overflowing in the microwave and break an egg in the mug. After that add oil and milk to it and whisk, until the batter is smooth. Now add the other ingredients like maida flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder, salt and few drops of vanilla essence and Mix until combined properly. 


Now put your mug in the middle of the microwave oven and cook for 1-2 minutes. Cooking may vary in different microwaves. Your delicious fluffy Chocolate mug cake is ready in 10 minutes. Let it cool for some time and serve.


  • EGGLESS BANANA CAKE

This banana cake is the simplest one to make and will taste delicious once prepared with a creamy flavour of banana. Cinnamon is added for a rich aroma and the richness is increased by adding walnuts. It is one of the easiest cakes to make. By adding your favourite fillings, you can jazz it up more.

Ingredients


  • 284 Gram Flour
  • 12-gram Baking powder
  • 5-gram Cinnamon powder
  • 100-gram Walnuts
  • 280 gram Banana (ripened)
  • 70 gram Butter
  • 100 ml Curd
  • 150 ml Milk

Start with Combining the flour and baking powder in a sifter then add the walnuts and cinnamon powder. In a mixing dish, mash the banana fully with the melted butter. Take another mixing bowl, to combine the banana mash with the curd. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the banana mixture, adding milk as needed. 


This will ensure that the batter is smooth and devoid of lumps. After this, Pour the batter into a greased muffin tray and preheat the oven to 170°C and baking for 50-60 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.   • EGGLESS VANILLA CAKE IN PRESSURE COOKER

With just few ingredients you can make this super easy Vanilla cake. You need a pressure cooker for this particular cake. The taste is sweet buttery and light moist texture which makes it perfect to celebrate any occasion. Toping can be done with buttercream and your favourite nuts.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups castor sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 yoghurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2×6 inch round or square cake tins


In a pressure cooker, make an eggless vanilla cake first you have to Grease the tins’ bases or line them with butter paper and sprinkle with maida or sugar until fully covered. Now sift the flour and baking powder together in a mixing dish and then mix in the salt, sugar, butter, water, and vanilla extract using a wooden spoon or a beater until well combined. Beat the yogurt into the batter until it is completely smooth. 


When the batter is finished, it appears almost shiny. Pour the batter into the two muffin pans. Place one cake tin in the pressure cooker (empty), covered with the lid but without the pressure, for 3-4 minutes on high heat. Remove the pressure cooker lid, reduce the heat, and cook until it is done (about 30 minutes). Do the same thing with the other tin. Serve your table with this yummy cake.


Special Note

To keep the cake’s texture, spend extra time beating the fat (butter or oil) and sugar mixture to make it fluffier. Beat it until it’s smooth and creamy, but don’t overbeat it. If you overbeat the batter, the cake will bake with a sinking center.


Fruits and cherries can be used to embellish it.


  • EGGLESS ATTA CAKE

A cake you can make with just the most basic set of ingredients, such as whole wheat flour and curd along with some nuts and raisins. This cake can be taken as an evening tea time snack as well because it is light, fluffy and delicious.

  • 2 Cups atta / whole wheat flour
  • 1-2 cups Shakar or gur (depending on your taste)
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soda bicarbonate (meetha soda)
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 3/4 cup refined oil
  • 1 cup curd
  • Water (to be added according to the consistency of the batter)
  • A handful of walnuts, raisins & figs

The first step is to preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Take a large bowl and , combine all of the dry ingredients. Take another separate bowl, combine the curd and the oil. After this in the same bowl, combine the dry ingredients and fold well. Bring it to a pouring texture, if necessary, by adding water. Oil the base of a baking dish and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius, checking as periodically. When cool, cut, serve and enjoy.


  • EGGLESS MARBLE CAKE

If you love chocolate or vanilla flavour cake then this is for you. A cake with fluffy and moist texture with a blend of chocolate and vanilla flavour. You can add milk and dark chocolate as well. At last, add crushed chocolate biscuits and some nuts and it’s done.

Ingredients


  • 150 gms Butter
  • 150 gms Castor sugar
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 3 tsp Vinegar
  • 150 gms Flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder

For the Icing


  • 50 gms Butter
  • 100 gms Icing sugar
  • 50 gms Chocolate, melted
  • 2 tsp Cocoa
  • Sweets (to decorate)

 

Combine the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl and beat until light and creamy. Gradually incorporate the milk and vinegar into the batter. All of the flour, save 1 tbsp, should be folded in. After this, you have to cut the batter in half. Fold one tablespoon flour in 1 half and the cocoa in the other.


In a greased and lined 8 inch cake tin, alternate spoonful’s of batter. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 20-25 minutes. Turn off the heat and allow it to cool. To make the icing, combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Spread all over the cake. Finish by decorating and serving.
