1. CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

2. HOMEMADE FALOODA
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Liter Milk
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Cardamom Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Rose Water
- 2 Tablespoons Pistachios Crushed
- 2 Tablespoons Almonds
- 1 Cup Khoya
- 4 threads saffron
- 1 cup cream
First of all, to make KULFI heat milk in a small pot and add sugar and mix until dissolved. Add cardamom powder rose water, almonds, pistachio, and cook on low heat. Mix Khoya and cook until dissolved. Now add saffron and cook until the milk thickens. It’s time to add cream and stir. Put half of the Kulfi in steel cups and let it freeze overnight. Save the half left for later.
For vermicelli, boil water in a small pot and cook vermicelli and keep it aside in cold water. For Jelly making heat water and add jelly mixture and cook. Cool the mixture and let it set in the fridge.
For assembling, add the reserved kulfi to a bowl and add jelly, cooked vermicelli, soaked basil seeds, condensed milk, kulfi pieces red syrup, and repeat layers two more times. Garnish with mint leaves and present.

3. SAGUDANA KHEER
This is everybody’s favourite dish. The name suggests that this dish is made from SAGO pearls, having numerous health benefits as it is rich in calcium and iron. Loved by everyone and its quite famous among all ages and can be enjoyed after your iftar for some delicious flavors.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Liter Milk
- 1/4 teaspoon Saffron
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 1 cup sagodana soaked
- For Garnish, Almonds, and Pistachio Crushed
Boil milk in a small pot and add saffron and stir well. Now add sugar, cardamom powder, and stir until it is dissolved. Add sagudana soaked and stir on low flame until the kheer thickens. Add the crushed almonds and pistachios and stir. Sagudana Kheer is ready to serve.
